Police Awareness Programme Held at GMS Mantrigam on “Role of Police in Nation Building”
Bandipora, Oct 30: A special programme on the theme “Role of Police in Nation Building” was today organised at Government Middle School, Mantrigam under the guidance of Headmaster Mr. Atta Mohammad, in collaboration with Police Station Pethkoot.
The event was graced by DySP (Operations) Mr. Vasu Aggarwal as the Chief Guest, who highlighted the vital role of the police in maintaining peace, upholding justice, and contributing to the overall development of the nation.
Students actively participated in various activities, including a debate competition, where they expressed their understanding and appreciation of the police force’s contributions to society.
SHO Pethkoot Mr. Sarfraz Ahmad, along with his colleagues, was also present on the occasion and interacted with the students, encouraging them to become responsible and law-abiding citizens.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks from the Headmaster, who expressed gratitude to the Police Department for their continuous support and for inspiring students to play a constructive role in nation-building.
