Srinagar, Jab 30: Mohammad Younis Lone, a dynamic and young face of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference, has today been formally elected as the Vice President of the National Conference North Zone Kashmir. In this regard, an official order was issued by the party, which was authenticated by the Provincial President of National Conference Youth, Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed Mir.
Mohammad Younis Lone hails from the Gurez constituency of Bandipora district. He has previously served as the National Conference Block President Gurez and later as Vice President of District Bandipora. He continues to play an active role as the Media In-Charge of the National Conference Gurez constituency.
As a young and energetic leader, Mohammad Younis Lone played a key and decisive role in the National Conference’s success from Gurez in the 2024 elections. On social media, he is widely recognized as a strong voice for public issues and the party’s stance. Despite repeated attempts to silence him, he remained steadfast and resilient on every front.
His appointment is being widely viewed as a positive and encouraging development among party workers and the youth.
