Jammu, 06 February: Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi visited the White Knight Corps to conduct a comprehensive review of the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness in the region.
During the visit, senior commanders briefed the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) on the counter-terrorism grid, ground deployment posture and ongoing inter-agency coordination aimed at maintaining peace and stability.
Gen Dwivedi appreciated the seamless synergy between the Indian Army and other security forces, highlighting the importance of sustained vigilance and intelligence-driven operations. He also emphasised a people-centric approach to ensure long-term stability in the region.
The Army Chief expressed full confidence in the leadership and troops, commending their professionalism and commitment to safeguarding peace and security.
